Tim is the founder of San Diego Property Group, a boutique property management company specializing in delivering personalized service and high-level operational expertise to coastal and luxury properties. With extensive experience in real estate management, Tim brings a proven track record of improving ROI, streamlining operations, and creating enduring partnerships for property owners and investors.
Before founding San Diego Property Group, Tim served as Senior Operations Director for a major property management company overseeing more than 1,500 single-family rental homes — representing over $1.4 billion in real property assets.
Now, through San Diego Property Group, Tim leverages this high-level experience to deliver boutique-style service — combining the scale and systems knowledge of large portfolio management with the personalized care of a hands-on, local expert.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys CrossFit and ultra distance running, disciplines that reflect the focus, drive, and consistency he brings to property management every day.
